HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free for customers within North America. I also offer free local delivery within Saskatoon, SK.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA AND USA
For shipping outside of Canada and USA, I will invoice your shipping charge after your purchase, as the cost to ship will vary depending on your country. The checkout page will say "free" but please disregard—I will contact you to arrange the shipping fee. Please contact me if you prefer a shipping estimate before making your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA)
Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices listed on this site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Artwork will be shipped within three business days, but actual shipping times will vary by location. You will receive shipping notification with tracking information to your email once a label has been made. If you would prefer an express delivery, please get in touch to make arrangements.
CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?
Local pickup at my home studio in Saskatoon is always available! Please contact me to set up an appointment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any art purchases from my shop due to the risk and logistics of shipping delicate artwork back to me. If you're in Saskatoon, please reach out, as some exceptions can be made. If you are concerned about colour or detail, please email me for additional photos or video, or reach out for a studio visit.
