SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

RATES WITHIN CANADA - Applied Automatically at Checkout

  • Ornaments: $12 flat rate

  • Paper pieces: $10 flat rate

  • 10"x10" and under: $20

  • 12"x12" - 16"x16": $30

  • 16"x20" - 20"x20": $40

  • 18"x24" - 24"x30": $50

  • 24"x36" - 30"x30": $75​

  • 30"x36" and above: Invoiced after purchase. See below.

Shipping is charged at checkout for each individual piece. In the event that you pay more than what was actually required to ship the artwork, I will refund the difference.

Shipping large/oversized artwork: Shipping rates for large work can vary greatly depending on size and location. Anything 30" x 36" and above requires special handling and freight charges.  Please contact me if you prefer a shipping estimate before making your purchase. Otherwise your shipping charge will be invoiced after your purchase. I always try to use the most cost-effective courier service. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANAD

For shipping outside of Canada, I will invoice your shipping charge after your purchase. Please contact me if you prefer a shipping estimate before making your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA)

Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on this site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Artwork will be shipped within 3 business days, but actual shipping times will vary by location. You will receive shipping notification with tracking information to your email once a label has been made. If you would prefer an expedited delivery, please get in touch to make arrangements. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK IN TORONTO?

Local pickup at my home studio in Toronto is always available! Please contact me to set up an appointment. 

 

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR ARTWORK FOR SHIPPING?

  • ​Small works on paper are mailed in between two cardboard sheets in a glassine sleeve and flat rigid mailer.

  • Larger works on paper are either rolled in a shipping tube in a glassine sleeve or flat in a mailing box depending on the amount of medium on the piece to retain quality and not damage the work.

  • Canvas and wood pieces are wrapped with layers of glassine and kraft paper, cardboard, and bubble wrap, then packaged carefully in a cardboard box.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any art purchases from my shop due to the risk and logistics of shipping delicate artwork back to me. If you're in Toronto, please reach out, as some exceptions can be made. If you are concerned about colour or detail, please email me for additional photos or video, or reach out for a studio visit.
